Serenity Now!

Do you often find yourself cogitating until the late hours of the night about anything and everything?  When you go out for a run or a workout  do you find yourself deep in thought? I do. Sometimes when I’m alone I have trouble sleeping because I often think of numbers or to-do lists. I started running as way to clear my head but after two miles like clock work my mind starts to take over with thoughts like, am I breathing right, did I lock my door, or anything that happens to be consuming me at the time.
